Math GROUP LESSONS

At The House of Literacy Maths tutor, we believe any child can succeed with maths. It is most essential to teach each student in a way that suits them and makes sense to them. Whether students are already excelling and want to move to the next level or if they are struggling with the basics, we will be able to help them move forward in leaps and bounds. Each student will have a program that is individually tailored to their needs. 

Present-day math is taught very differently from the way many of us were taught as children. There is now more emphasis on being able to show your understanding of mathematical concepts rather than simply being able to memorize number facts. We can help your child understand the math they are doing in school and have the confidence to explain their thinking to others.

Our objective is not to provide short-sighted, band-aid solutions to students. Instead, we want to give them the confidence and skills to thrive independently in maths.
