Is your child struggling with Math but proficient in other subjects?
Now’s the time to explore math intervention programs!
Your child’s learning can begin via OG-inspired Math.
We support learners in individual or small group settings according to the Orton Gillingham approach (OG). It has been proven that OG helps struggling learners through a research-based approach supported internationally.
It is based on:
The basic math concepts are taught first through hands-on activities (concrete). Following that, they use pictures or drawings (representative) and finally convert the information into numbers and symbols (abstract).
Math-challenged kids often have difficulty understanding the abstract – the numbers and symbols. With OG instruction, kids learn through their senses and relate them to numbers and symbols.
In studies, multisensory math instruction has been shown to help kids gain a deeper understanding of math concepts. In addition, kids who struggle with math can really benefit from our Multisensory Sensory, personalized program.
In our Orton-Gillingham math program, you or your child will gain the tools and confidence they need to succeed in math!
